I have a Rattle sound
Depends on what is making the noise. the cover thats over the belt just clips on. pop it off and see. if it is a spring you will have to replace the whole mechanism. if it is a bolt you can try to tighten it . I have taken it apart before and found money.

You have warp front brake rotor's, have repair shop **** the rotor, to make sure there thick enough, or they will warp again if to thin, if rotor's thick enough have them cut.
Resetting a Key fob on 2007 Honda Pilot
to program a key fob- get in vehicle and close all doors. insert key into ignition, have all the key fobs you want to program for this vehicle in hand, programing erases all old fobs. turn the ignition switch to on(all dash lights light up, on click before starting the car). then hit the lock button on one of the fobs. turn the ignition to lock. turn the ignition back to run and press the lock button again from the same remote. repeat untill all the locks cycle. ones the locks cycle keep the ignition in run and press the lock button on each key fob(the ocks will cycle each time a button is pressed). then turn the ignition to lock after all fobs have been programed

Bring it back to the dealer its still under warranty. Don't worry about the battery not being a Honda battery,Just make sure its the correct battery

Turn off your A/C. Compressors can sound like stone crushers. Have you checked the trans fluid? With motor off, grab fan clutch and water pump pully, really all pullies should be checked for looseness.

The humming sound seemed pretty common as some people have been observing it and it has been tackled in some forums over the web. If this is indeed the noise I was referring to, this may be the VNC, or the noise canceling device that the Pilot has on. The VNC may not be able to cancel the noise as it was not predicting when the noise appears.

Air/Cabin filter Maintenace
Simple! No tools needed! Take everything out of glove box. Squeeze sides in until glove box can swivel down. You will se a black cover that has arrows on it showing the direction of air flow. Squeeze the side latches on that cover and it slides right out. The casing is "keyed" so it will only go back in one way. If you can read the wording on the cover, you have it right.
I have a 2009 Honda pilot. has a tapping noise when in reverse.
VTM 4 is a traction control system designed for better traction and fuel efficiency. I'd get it back to the dealer ASAP. There seems to be a coil malfunction in the rear axle. I'd make them fully check out the rear axle in addition to checking out the coil sensors themselves. Best of luck to you!
