2007 F-250 HP Oil Leak (6.0 Powerstroke)
Comming from an international dealer I can not tell you exact labor rate from a for dealership in your area but I can give you a general idea. We normally get 1.7 hours for diagnostics. Usually a HP oil leak can take longer but we normally eat the rest of the labor. Then you can expect around 3 hours to r/r all injector o-rings if that is the problem, if you do this have them replace the crank case to head tubes with the updated tube. If it is a HP pump issue to replace the pump it could be 3 hours, could be 7 hours, this will depend on any access issues to the pump. If they replace the pump have them update the STC fitting from the pump to the branch tube. This may be the problem anyway and if they replace the STC fitting it would be around the same amount of labor. Now if your branch tube is cracked they will have to pull the trans, rear housing, rocker arms, and a lot of other things, this is the big one, close to 16 hours. Now figure on around $100 labor rate and do the math. This doesn't even include the parts.

the HO2s sensors are before the cat convertor and the O2 sensors are after the cat converter.
4x4 engage
could be a oil level issue , but i'd get the OBD codes read as will tell you which sensor/switch is at fault
