2008 Dodge Dakota Questions & Answers
Codes-p0126
Code is for insufficent coolant temperature. Usually means the thermostat is opening too fast. Replace the thermostat with a factory part. Because of the on board diagnostic system most generic thermostats will reset the same code. Trust me you want the dealer part.

After a hard freeze my window washer stopped
Most likely the tubing between the pump and jets ruptured when the fluid froze. Have someone hold the spray lever/button while you follow the tubing from the jets down to the pump and check for leaks. Some of the tubing may run in the fender well and you will have to remove the plastic fender well lining above and behind the wheel to access it. It is possible that the pump was damaged by the freeze, but damage to the tubing is much more likely. Good luck, I hope this helps.

I have a broken wire going to the driver air bag,
your problem is called a clock spring . it is the part under you steering wheel which is like a ribbon full of wires for your cruise control, horn and air bags the wires break from years of flexing, you can get them used from a salvage yard cost about 30a dollars if you remove it yourself.or you can get new from a dealer. hope to end your search for a broken wire. comments welcome.
