Chevy malibu horn won't stop honking

Why not just unplug the horn rather than the battery? One wire plugs into it. The cause could be a number of things. (i.e. Horn button stuck in steering wheel, defective anti-theft system, etc....) This is a tough one to diagnosis.

The fuses are in the fuse box. Try a new flasher switch (inexpensive and available at any auto parts store).

What is a throttle positioning sensor

A throttle position sensor (TPS) is a sensor used to monitor the position of the throttle. If it goes bad (and they do sometimes) it will cause your check engine light to show up. I have never had anything bad happen to any of my cars when the TPS goes bad. Just need to get the part and replace it.

Warning light on rpm gauge

The light you see is a security light. Usually it shows up when the security system is armed. If the light stays on then I would suggest getting in the car and closing all of the doors. Then press the lock button on the key fob. Then unlock the car with the key fob and it should go away. Try starting the car afterwards to see if the light goes away if it doesn't when you unlock the car with the key fob.

Try doing this: Ask your dealer for the latest TMB concerning bluetooth and the connection problems with a mobile phone. There is a software update for that, and you'll have to take it to the dealership - the bulletin number is #08-08-46-008 After the upgrade, it should work flawlessly! :)
