The dealer can show you how to reset it , many chevs have a reset button in the fuse panel

Have you considered the alternator and battery? When the alternator isn't working, it wont charge the battery and supply proper amperage to the ecu, starter, coils etc which then the vehicle will not start, or if it does start it will not run proper. Try taking the alternator out and taking it to a local autozone for them to check it. Then you will determine the faulty equipment to replace.

You can buy antenna kits from auto store for as little as $8

To open the fuel filler door, pull up on the release lever with a gas pump symbol on it. It is located on the floor on the left side of the driver's seat.

Lighter cars tend to be hard to control especially when going around corners. I have a neon and it is the same way. When the roads are bad I use 3 X 70lb sand bags in the truck. It gives the rear end a little more stability in snow conditions.

Try with key on, press gas pedal to the floor three times then turn key off & back on. This should reset it.

some of the spares have a tps check them if no sensor then one of the sensors are failing

Anti theft mode did the battery cables get disconnected or are they corroded if so the power was lost and came back but the alarm sounded or just the power loss put the car in theft mode clean the battery cables with alcohol and a rag then reconnect them when the alarm sounds use you remote control to stop it and then start the car

It is possible that one of the door lock actuators is failing and it is not locking completely and the system is trying to continue to lock it. Check to see if the stuttering noise is coming from only one door. If so then it most likely is the actuator in that door.

the oxygen censer controls the air fuel ratio at 15 to 1, engines with carburetors nun at 14.7 to 1.
