Diagnosis: Basically, the ignition slot thinks the key is in so the lock mechanism is in place, which prevents the key fob from going in all the way. Solution: Insert your finger all the way into the slot. Curl your finger slightly so that the tip touches the bottom. Pull your finger out slowly and your finger will "unlock" the mechanism. You will hear a click sound and also feel it being unlocked. Try inserting your key fob into the slot.

Press and hold BOTH right and left panel knobs while turning the ignition key to the ON position, the regular ligts come up and cycle. The message 10000 miles till next service should come up meanng the service is reset till next service cycle.

indicates a crank/cam position problem Take it to a service center that works on audi, find the fault and have it fixed

the problem is the broken spring at the hinge of the flap you may get it open by trying to pull the flap with some one holding in the release button at the same time , other wise you will have to get to the solenoid lock inside the boot to loosen it off to get the flap open

you need to let the RPMs drop down to match the speed you're going for the next gear, though this is less efficient than power shifting through. Unless you're slipping the clutch to smooth out the gear change, yes, there will be a definite surge every time you grab a gear in a manual transmission vehicle. Most automatics will also shift noticeably harder at WOT. For more sedate, "normal" driving, you can shift slower and feather the throttle a bit more to smooth out the gear changes, but when you're ******* the throttle as soon as the clutch engages, it's going to be a firm shift.
