no. the transmission has a fuse. why you ask?

This light on means theres a problem, you will need a scan tool to connect to computer to get the codes. the codes will tell you what is wrong and with some testing and checking you can diagnose the problem. good day.

all other electrics ok in car, and starts and drives the car? all exterior lamps work? brake,turns/stop ;heads? wrong lamp, not using correct lamp shown in the glove box guide. the lamp has 3 modes on most cars. off all the time (disabled by a switch) on all the time. or door open activated. or a fuse is blown, I check them all. all door locks work"?? car has smart entrance control module my guess is fuse to it blown. 1 of the 4 to it. F10, F11,F24 named fuses the dome does have manual on switch if it is dead then spot and vanity lamp are dead too, that means fuses blow.above;. discover the manual switch yet on lamp socket dome? but the 3 fuse must be good told above first

So when you tried to restart the engine, there as nothing, no click, the engine didn't turn over at all? Or it cranked / turned over, but didn't start / fire? Check for codes. Remove plugs, check for spark, check for water in the combustion chamber.

there is a voltage regulator that controls both the temp guage and the fuel guage. cost is aprox. 40.00

have you tryed changeing out plug wires and spark plugs

car starts and runs ok, dash heater blower heater works on high and head lamps all work? pad means keyfob or door control buttons? on door inside? check all fuses first. as in ALL (cab and engine bay) if fuses good scan the PCM for door control errors DTC all 4 doors fail at all local control (windows and locks) ?????????

Your first problem is no power to the coil/s. This could be the ignition switch or wiring from there to the coils. With ignition on, you should have 12 volts to the coil/s. The ECM grounds it out with help from the crank sensor. If you turn the ignition switch on and have the dash gauges and hear relays kick in, then check for bad/broken wires. Several things come on while in the run position. Like radio, blower fan, lights/gauges in the dash. If they don't come on, first would be checking the switch, then wires. You need a volt ohm meter, electrical shcematics.
