There is a language option in the settings. I did find a method to change language on the 164VFI and I can only hope that the menu layout is the same. Watch this youtube video on locating the menu and selecting the language preference (TURN THE VOLUME DOWN ON YOUR PC/DEVICE AS THE VIDEO'S VOLUME IS VERY HIGH!) -

Make sure your belt is on right. routed around the motor the correct way. If it is then you may have one of the most common issues. When you change out something like that, your belt is stretched and you probably need to replace the belt.HOWEVER there are times where when you put a new alt/gen on a vehicle it causes more tension on the other pullies, therefor making other pullies work harder. In this case, it sounds like your belt is running the wrong way. Or your pump could be going out too. You may have to look up the belt diagram and make sure it is on right and as I said above your might check the rest of your pullies to make sure they are ok too. Just what I can make from what your post says.

A wise thing to do first before you start striping your heater core out would be to remove the two lines going to the heater core and take compressed air and push it in to the outlet side of the core and blast sum air through it and push the gunk out of iti I have worked on 12 cars in the last two weeks 10 of the 12 are back in service, two had to be replaced must use compressed air back flushing is a big mess and dont work for long before it plugs back up make sure both lines are off to were you dont push what is plugging it up back into the engine hose clamp the blowgun on the hose then with 110psi push it in ,10 out 12 were repaired with out more than15min of time spent

**Note** Disconnect the battery and wait 30 minutes before starting. This disarms the airbags so they won't go off in your face.
Most front seats are held down with four bolts. One at each end of the two slider rails it sits on. Some manufacturers fit 'clip on' covers to hide the bolt heads.
Pop the clip covers off and slide the seat all the way forward. Remove the two rear bolts.
Slide the seat all the way back. Remove the front 2 bolts. Tilt the seat back and unclip the wire on the underside of the seat. The seat should lift out.
Refitting is the reverse of this method.
**Note** You might need to plug the vehicle into a diagnostic or an OBD2 scanner to reset the seat belt and airbag sensors. Unplugging the wire under the seat might flag up as a fault light on the Dashboard.

When you say "for about one minute". Do you mean that you are repeatedly trying to start the engine for a minute straight? If so there is no one answer. Diagnostics is needed. You could try a little starting fluid. if it changes your symptoms there may be a fuel issue. For an engine to run there need to be fuel and spark. If something is disabling one of those systems then at least you know which one is being affected. IDK your skill level or what you have for tools. Please feel free to write back and let me know what you need. Good luck.
