any kind of swap can be done with some fabricating / adapters and alot of electronic reworking

Where they collapsing before you replace it? If you still have the old one put the old POV back in and check. It could be as simple as needing new (thicker) lines or it could be some other compression issue.

High beam relay stuck at ON.

I'd like to say it's an easy job but I'd be lying half of the Dash out and if you not sure it will be cheaper in the long run to pay some one to do it at least if they break anything they have to replace it so my advice is if you're going to give it ago mark vacuum lines and have fun

Alternator fuse blown? The output from the alternator connects directly to the battery through a large fuse or you have a broken wire/connector.

it may need to be replaced...what is the code you are getting?

are you even sure it has a block heater?? if it does it will be in a freeze plug location

No RPM or fuel to the cylinders could be crank position sensor not giving a pulse. The injectors won't pulse without a signal and I believe the RPM counter comes from the same point.

If the rack and pinion are new check the tie rod ends and ball joints, also check the steering idler if it has one .

Need to check for power at the relay...wiper hi-low relay... connection at the relay (85) 12v and (86) GEM module you should have voltage there also make sure the key ON ACC when check-in it. same for wiper run relay (85), (86), (87) should all have power with key on and turn wipers on...need to check which side is not getting power.

remove bulb from dome light and replace fuse i think its number 26

Call a junk yard b/c they can cross reference with the different options I.e driving/fog lights cutouts
