Call or go to your local GM dealership. Tell them you just purchased this vehicle and you need the radio code. They should give it to you over the phone. It only takes them 10 seconds to look it up, If you have the books and manual that come with the car from the dealer, these codes are located within those books it could be on a sticker, on the page, in the manual that tells you how to enter the code or some other informational card from the dealership

9 times out of 10 its the indicator bulb that's burned out in the dash.

If the dealer had change the part you sayd ask them to reset the ECU or the main computer off or car it should solve the problem

Just happened to me. The solution is find the 10A fuse in the "Room Lamp / Cluster" spot. May only say "Room Lamp" too. This fixed it instantly for me.

If your's has it, there will be a switch on the right side of the glove box. Open the glove box and it should be on the right side. It will not be visible when the glove box is closed. Use your key to turn the switch from on to off.

Not all cars are equipped with a block heater...in fact the vast majority of cars aren't...If you have one it is in the engine blocks cooling jacket, or it may be in the radiator hose. If you can locate a 3 prong electrical plug on the front of your Aveo, follow the cord back to the engine and you'll see where it is.

After driving for a few miles, especially when it is feeling like it is bogging down, get out and feel of the wheel hubs. You might have a brake hanging up.

have the OBD codes read this will give code for the faulty sensor/component

go buy a repair manual... it will show you how to line them up

take to autozone and have them run a scan. they will give a print out of code and possible replacement parts. remember they do not repair cars they sell parts.

If oil pan is bend you need to take the dent out or replace it because your connecting road is kicking and gets stock
If after you fix that the noise still there you might run it with low oil and connecting road is doing the noise

Are your brake lights working? Shift lock solenoid needs to receive a signal from your brake pedal switch so if you have lights out or blown fuse it could lock in park.

Just follow it both directions and remove.

I HAD ONE IN FOR REPAIRS, AND FROM FACTORY, FENDER WAS PAINTED AND BOLTNOT CLEAN BUT DARK-GREYISH. REPLACED BOLT AFTER SCUFFING UP FENDER AND CABLE-END AND THREADED HOLE AND PUTTING ELEC. GREASE ON IT, TA-DA. ALL POWER RESTORED.
