bad cell inside battery,so it won;t hold the charge,if battery checked OK,it might be a bad bridge (three diode inside alternator,change AC to DC) in your alternator

my vote is wheel bearings similar problem on front wheel drive vehicle when when drum and all fell off bearings had siezed. good luck

Does the vehicle start an run ? Check engine light on , codes are stored , hook up scan tool an check codes . GM had issues with instrument cluster gauges not working - new instrument cluster . Does everything else on the vehicle work - headlamps , heater / A/C blower motor etc....

Check the ignition switch at the base of the steering column - it may have come loose or needs replacing.

jack up the rear of the car remove wheels and tires, remove the two caliper bolts, remove old brake pads, using a c clamp push each piston the the caliper bake in install new pads, reinstall caliper install wheels and tires lower the jack and your done
caliper bolts are torque head bolts be sure to have the proper size before trying to change the brakes

Get a new rod clip at any auto parts store. Look for the broken clip at the bottom of the tailgate and take it with you to match it up.

It's either two two things. The latch assembly needs to be replaced or it's your BCM .

A power or ground may be bad to , from or inside of a control module .

Sounds like your "traction control" system is having issues such as a wheel speed sensor. You can have these type things scanned free at your local auto parts store, Auto Zone, Advance Auto Parts etc. etc. They should be able to "steer" you in the right direction. First need to hook up a scanner to see if the emc is talking to the tcm, It may just be a communication problem

There is a resistor in the fan circuit to give you different speeds and it burns out. It's down by the fan on most cars.

Make sure that the fuse did not go bad.
