Failing battery or faulty trickle charger or onboard charging system depending where the loss is. Your question loses detail in translation. See if you can find a Dutch forum.

Check the Flywheel key. It should be locked under the pull cord, where the stator is located. I will be a small piece of metal that slides into the spline from the engine and the stator. If it is worn the stator will rotate off the spline and the timing will be off, she won't start and if she does will be really rough and backfire, sputter and have power loss.
Replace spark plug (gap correctly),Drain all fuel, replace fuel filter, replenish tank with fresh fuel, do a thorough readjustment of the carb settings (last resort - remove and rebuild carb)
attempt to start the engine in neutral using a battery charcer/starter on the starter connectors only if the engine turns over replace the battery cables if not; you have a seized engine
the fuel doesn`t pass, the fuel jet clogged ,try to cleaned the carb very nice ,allow small jet and little orifice nozzle in a (soaking bath cleaner.( OVERNIGHT)Do not use wire or .wire brush
