Artic cat atv 06 AC 650h1 no drive or reverse, noises I think coming from clutch side ....primary .....

IN the cylinder head.

clutch springs are weak . may just be build up w/belt dust. belt getting worn also can cause.

I take help from online websites that have this service like helping in repair some like reliable-store have instant help.. others are a bit slow which I don't prefer... rest is up to u.. U can also get free manual works fine .

Sounds like toward shift linkage isn't fully engaging. Check and adjust cable and linkage.

You can download the manual for the 650H1 here.
It will detail how to properly remove the battery assembly.

1600ml is the Arctic Cat recommended amount BUT if you check the KYMCO manual (the '06 250 is a kymco made for AC) it says the capacity is 1600ml but when you change oil it is 1400ml. This might explain why my oil level always seems higher than it should be. You can check the level with the site glass on the side.

Also on the 250, you also have to change transmission fluid separately. It uses the gear oil NOT engine oil.

What else are you expecting to come on with one click of the key? The only thing I can think that maybe would come on would be a light for the gear you're in or possibly the brake light?
