Down load the autozone app and it will have all the torque specs that you need for any car

sometimes thats normal. Try thicker oil.

I have a 87 quadrunner 300 how do I adjust the valves it has 4 2 on intake and 2on exhaust

The valve may be off a bit get the valve specs and check it usually the intake valve that causes that you will have compression but it it will stay open just enough that it won't start
