I just bought it from a guy that stripped it to paint the frame and he didn't know how to put it back together. I got all the wiring back together and it's kicking over fine but no spark at all. If anyone has a wiring diagram for a 2004 warrior or that can give me some advice would realy help. Thanks

a yamaha warrior isnt a 2 stroke. they make a street bike nad a four stroke quad. Check your carburator. check your spark plug and check your stator. it may be very minor considering it was running fine then just went out. no noise or anything. you would have heard something if you broke something internal.

Try checking the switch for your parking brake. It is the top wire in the clutch handle boot. This wire connects to your CDI box, and restricts the RPM's while the parking brake is engauged. To find out for sure, trace the wire down to the plug under the headlight assembly and disconnect it. Now try starting you machine and give it some throttle!
