Invicta Watches - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support

It could be a couple of things, the second hand is not seated properly and is rubbing. May need a cleaning, or fresh battery. Unless you have taken a watch apart I would bring it to a watch repair or send it directly to Invicta USA they will give you an estimate. Should not be expensive

Battery type, not size. Take your Invicta to a jeweler who will open it, determine the battery type, and perhaps install a replacement for a reasonable fee.

Could be that you have bent the crown shaft.....easily done, see if anyone will service it for you, sadly, many eatchsmiths won't touch INVICTA

Might go to a shopping mail, and ask for the battery to be replaced at a watch or jewelry store for a small fee.

I searched for Invicta stores on the internet using https://www.google.com

You may wish to call them.

Take your Invicta watch to a jeweler to have battery type identified.

It appears you will be changing the battery yourself.
If so I would suggest to unscrew the case and read the ID on the battery. The Maxell reference guide will let you choose based on voltage, size, etc.
Be careful with an O-ring that keeps moisture out.

Just take the watch to a local jeweler. Battery replaced while you wait for $8 to $15.

Most watches require a special tool, if you do have anything that was made for the removal of the back then don't try, take it to a jeweler to buy the battery they usually open it for free
contact this place Phone: 844-663-1128
Email: service@invictastores.com
and they can tell you exactly what tool you need- you must provide contact information to them before they can help you
