It could be one of two things. Bad main control board which is simple to repair, or burned out LEDs which are hard to find and can be expensive.
In situations like this you have to do a judgement call consider the age of the TV compared to the price of a new one. Good luck.

caps wont go bad in a 2 year old TV. You probably have a shorted LED in the backlight. I would start there.

A schematic for the capacitors? I do not believe there is such a thing. A capacitor is a capacitor and does not have a schematic.

Try unplugging it and wait a bit before plugging it in. Plug directly to wall instead of surge protector. If all this fails it may be toast as was mine but contact Hitachi before recycling it.
