I would go for 40 on the suction and 150 discharge, or divide the locked rotor current by 6 and charge so the current is 1/6 of the locked rotor current of the compressor, or by temperature/pressure relation 110* discharge and 35* suction, or get the suction line sweating. The best way is to remove all the refrigerant and then weigh the refrigerant the system is designed for on these critical charge appliances.

The water is supplied through a hole in the floor usually behind the fridge. Replace the plastic pipe from the water source to the fridge. That may take care of the problem!

Take 2 wires you removed from old switch and place on new switch. With only 2 wires, it doesn’t matter which one goes to either terminal.

It is not going into a defrost cycle and you have ice build up between freezer supply vent it frig side. It could be a defrost timer, defrost termination switch or defrost heater problem.

Hotpoint... | Answered on Jan 16, 2019

There is no defrost timer per say by its self, every thing is built into the Electronic Board on this frig.I suggest before buying a board, you might wont to have someone look at it, just to make sure that is the problem. The part number for the board is PS12069099 and it list for 366.45. It is located in back side of frig bottom right hand corner behind a cover.

This is what I came up with. Just pass the screw through the nail puller in a flat bar. Use a block of wood to protect the door, and press down on the other end. A lot easier than anything else I've tried.
