Only accept cash, money order, or a certified cashiers check issued directly by the bank.

The reasons are varied and personal, although at the most basic level people feel insecure about their safety and surroundings. As far as 3 reasons how about these for a start:

1) You drive a taxi in a bad neighborhood and need to keep from being robbed or killed;
2) You are a woman who has to travel alone at night and are afraid of getting raaped or abducted;
3) You work at a store and have to deposit money in the night deposit slot at the bank.

I personally prefer OPEN CARRY so everyone can see that you are armed and will not mess with you. It makes a great deterrent to crime.

Tampering with food or drinks will get you a nice prison sentence with an overly friendly cell-mate, and they REALLY like smart guys in there. No form of birth control is 100% effective except for abstinence, and that is no fun. If she decides to have the baby you will most likely be financially responsible if she can prove you are the father. GET A PATERNITY TEST IMMEDIATELY. If you can PROVE that she tampered with a birth control method to get pregnant without your consent it might be a mitigating factor for the court to consider in awarding child support.

"Bereavement, a form of compassionate leave (although sometimes contrasted with it) is authorized absence from work upon the ***** of an immediate family member (or in some rarer instances, upon the ***** of other relatives or associates). Where such leave is granted in connection with an immediate-family member, it is usually paid, but for a short period, usually three days. Under some legislation, e.g., the U.S. Fair Labor Standards Act, there is no specific, mandated provision for bereavement leave, which, therefore, even as unpaid leave, the employee must discuss with the employer. In other countries, e.g., Canada, all employees must be granted paid bereavement leave for a specified period, when eligibility criteria, such as continuous employment for three months, have been met. While the U.K. mandates bereavement benefits and "reasonable" unpaid time off for emergencies involving dependents, there is no specific provision for bereavement leave (paid or unpaid), which will therefore depend on the private arrangements with the employer."

Don't start your working relationship by lying. It is grounds for immediate termination. Just be honest and tell them you can start in 2 weeks.

ADD: I just noticed the question was posted 2 years ago, so problem solved.

False. I was very unhappy with that job and was glad they fired me. I think I subconsciously tried to get myself fired.

As far as the law is concerned there is only one race, the Human Race. Having intimate relations with pets or livestock is *******, is considered a perversion, and is a source for diseases. A venereal disease that begins with the letter S that the site won't let me post the name of originated in sheep Too many young shepherds watching their flocks.

ADD: Lets see if the site censors the CDC.

ADD: Yes, it did block the Centers for Disease Control link to the disease.

The Constitution of the Unite States does not address high school crushes, but it does state:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

I suggest you and your girlfriend go see the principal together and tell him everything is cool now. He might still prohibit contact in school on the grounds of maintaining discipline, but he has no say outside of school.

Rope is rope. No amount of semantic wrangling will change that.

OK, this is getting ridiculous. The question used the word "Rope" with an "a" as the second letter, but I can't use the same word in y response without it being considered profanity by the site.

Get an audio recording on your cell phone for proof and take it to the appropriate authorities. Video would be better but she might see you recording.

You decided to drive in inclement weather instead of staying home and apparently did not have appropriate equipment such as tire chains, snow tires, or studded tires so the fault is your own. The same applies to your friend.

Are you serious? You would try to take advantage of the generosity of someone who was willing to help you? Any court would throw you and such a ridiculous case out.

Call the apartment manager or maintenance man and let them deal with the issues in the common areas.

If smoking was not prohibited in your lease in 2010 they can't arbitrarily enforce a new rule as long as the lease is still in effect. If the lease has expired and you are a "tenant at will", then they have to give you at least 30 days notice before evicting you. Check this link for the specific laws under the "Landlord-Tenant Act" in your state.

He always has the option of downgrading from Win 10 to Win 7 for free although I don't know why he would want to do that. IF YOU MADE NO SPECIFIC GUARANTEES IN WRITING THEN ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No attorney would waste their time on such a ridiculous claim, or if they did they would charge way more than a new computer would cost. Your buyer is an unintelligent person* and he should be grateful that you gave them the reduced price. It sounds like he is trying to get the computer for free.

ADD: The site would not let me use an equal term that begins with an M or an I.

If your husband did not sign the deed or the mortgage and has contributed nothing to the household, then the divorce court would most likely rule that he has little to no rights to the property. BTW, I'm in SC, so howdy neighbor!!!

Despite what you may have been told, the police have the right to ask for identification any time they have probable cause. If they pulled you over for a burned out brake light and smelled pot smoke, then they have probable cause to search you and the car.

Not in this country (USA) and most of the civilized world. Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation was in 1863, which was part of the reason for the Civil War.

Buying anything with someone you are not married to is always a bad idea without having an attorney draw up a legal agreement on disposition of property in case of ***** or dissolution of the partnership. At this point she can leave and file a lawsuit to recover what equity she has in the property and fight it out in court (or on Judge Judy).

A victim of discrimination has had their civil rights violated, and a violation is prosecuted in the federal court system. I suggest getting proof, preferably in a video or audio recording, then contact the US District Court Attorney in your district.
