Hi. The center brake light is not required by law, as long as the other two work. You may not want to spend money on a 17 year old Dodge. (I wouldn't do it unless the car was near perfect, otherwise). Come to think of it, if you can get the assembly for cheap and if the wire to connect it is there, go ahead and do it. Easy, ten minute job.
If you decide to do it, here's a YouTube video showing a guy replacing the assembly on a Sebring. I'm pretty sure it's the same job.
Hope this helps
Good luck

The spark plugs are high up on top of the engine. You will probably need to remove the air filter box to get access to them. I'm not sure if the box is bolted down or a 'pull off' type. They are covered by the plug shaped coil packs. These just pull out and push back in. The attached photo has them marked with a red circle.

The open/close and vent switches for the power sunroof are located on the overhead console. The open/close switch has two detents. (Express-Open): Press the rear of this switch completely (to the second detent) to express-open the sunroof. To stop the sunroof, press the switch again. To partially open the sunroof, lightly press and hold the rear of the switch (to the first detent) until the sunroof reaches the desired position. (Express-Close): Press the front of this switch completely (to the second detent) to express-close the sunroof. To stop the sunroof, press the switch again. To partially close the sunroof, lightly press and hold the front of the switch (to the first detent) until the sunroof reaches the desired position.
