A diagram is not what you need, you need to replace the fuel injectors.

SOURCE: chrysler 3.3 vin r v6 mini van, starts then dies

Charlie. You have replaced the ECM on your van?.
Kedwin,, Your problem is, the computer on that 3.3 L.
Need to be programed with the VIN nember of your car.
The Antitheft System will disable the injectors due a incorrect VIN, Bucause the body computer is not recieve the correct pasword between 5 seconds after start up.
YOU have 2 options. 1 get a ALOHA Smith. some of they have the computer required to program ECMs.

The other option is: Get a new ECM from the dealer, They will program if ask for that.

NOTE:::::: Other way is . Put the body control module with the computer from the same car.

SOURCE: no injector pulse, no current to the injector

Check the pickup in the distributor as this is the cam sensor. The injectors run of the pulses created while the rotor is turning around. It should be a plastic disk located under the rotor button.

Those are both fuel injected. The 1992 is a multi-port injection system (one per cylinder), while the 1990 is throttle body injection- one or two injectors inside the throttle body assembly -which looks like a carburetor, but it isn't.

If you see a fuel rail or a short-throat throttle body, it is fuel injected.
If you see a carburetor... well, I think you get the point :)
From the year (unless it is a non-U.S. model), it is most likely FUEL INJECTED.

Where do i find the fuel pump regulator on a 1997 astro van with 4.3 vortec v6? Is it replacable or ajustable?

depends on the type of fuel injection on the motor... on the CSEFI injector assembly the regulator is located under the air intake plenum on the back of the fuel meter body

hello, I really feel by the sound of ur story that it is carbon build up egr valve on side of throttle body if it is fuel injected then it mght be bad injecters, otherwise if its not getting spark check ur altnator

You might check the fuel pressure regulator to make sure it is allowing fuel to reach the two throttle body injectors and not just stopping at the external ports on the TB.

I need more info. However, if your fuel pump is not coming on, check the wiring first. Also some vehicles have a fuse under the hood for the fuel pump, usually it is a little 20 amp fuse along with the one in the vehicle. There is a relay for the pump too that might need to be checked. Where did the fire spread? Did any wires start to melt? Check the pressure regulator, it is just a diaphram inside of it, if the fire heated it up enough, it might have caused the diaphram to bust inside. Did the fire spread to the injectors? If you can give me some more detail I'm sure we can find the cheapest solution for you. Hope what I have covered helps you. I am looking forward to helping you fix your problem.
