Did you change the plugs as well and should check your tps sensor to see if it is out of adjustment or is faulty the GPS sensor will sure do exactly what you have described

You very well could have the choke stuck or it could have a clogged muffler unbolt the muffler and start it and see if it will rev then

They normally will do that if you have lost the liner or pad, when you go to apply the brake becouse of no pad of drum liner brake pads travels to far before it reaches the rotor when it does get there, piston fully extended and it will lock the wheel

Well if it is lacking pulling power/takeoff power there should not be any kind of adjustment on it outher than replacing the belt

Ok the 6 amp fuse is for the ecm the 15 amp fuse is for the cluster one of the 20 amp is main power the outher 20 amp should be for the starter and charging circuit .your over heating problem could be in the fan temp sensor you will find it on the left side of the machine on top of the thermostat housing , take and disconnect the plug on it and jumper the two wires togather with key on fan should come on if it does replace fan temp sensor .if not visibly pull each fuse out and look to see if is burnt odds of the fan being bad is very uncommon. This will be all good if is an EFI 800 hope that is helpfull

get a colortune shows how your instructions that come with,so simple to tune carb in with.sounds like pilot out of adjustment.could also have a leak in ur carb boot or head.take a torch without lighting open valve with motor running run torch around gaskets and front of carb boot listen for change in motor.if it gets higher rev uve found a leak.

most wheel bearings are just snug tight so the wheel does not rock on the bearings. they have rollers that need to roll.

did you check spark by observing the wire or the plug? if the wire, replace the plug. replace it anyway. a bad plug may fire in free air but not in the engine
